10105 error pls help

I was in the middle of teleporting in LL and I got kicked.
I figured it was maybe my sister's internet wigging out like usual until I noticed something was up.
Long story short, I'm stuck with 10105 and I need help resolving the problem, not people telling me they've got the same problem too cause that doesn't help at all.

Primal Data Center is having technical difficulties. Whatever is wrong, SE is aware, and are currently performing maintenance to fix whatever the issue is.

Others have posted that it may be due to a large Level 3 outage (since most NA ISPs use Level 3 to route and connect to the NA servers). However, since SE is actually performing maintenance, that leads me to believe it's probably something on their end, not Level 3's (despite that blob of red on Down Detector's outage map).
