What teo materias should I put on my Kinna ast weapon?

ACC, obviously![]()
Acc if you like to raid, but if you're casual and prefer to mess around in normal PvE and dungeons, you can go with Crit or Spellspeed if you're so inclined.

ACC is not only good for savage raids, but also extreme primals, which is also subject to savage accuracy. Therefore if you want to ever do high-end content always prioritize ACC V materia on healer weapons. Being able to cap requires making the most of your left-side melds.
The amount of 1% saves I've had because of healer DPS, knowing I won't ever miss makes it all worth it.

WHM and AST are the most flexible/debatable jobs for stat-preferences. Unlike DPS our max potential output in 3 minutes isn't a close measure of our potential because healing is about timing and reacting, and our stats have to account for both healing and DPSing. MP and Time efficiencies are our top priority rather than maximum output (which is still important). AST is especially difficult to pin point since you're focused on both Diurnal and Nocturnal.
That being said, if you're running Savage content you should be DPSing, meaning you'll ideally hit the healer accuracy cap of ~592. Personally I'm melding until I get there, and otherwise favouring Crit >> PIE on my gear and my melds. Crit has been the best stacking secondary in 3.x for all jobs I believe except BLM. I like it because stacking SS or DET had a very minimal impact for me, whereas Crit has been known to save me time and MP by preventing the need for additional casts. SS and DET made more sense to me in theory crafting but Crit had a more recognizable impact in practice due majorly to how poorly SS and DET stack. But there's a case to be made for whatever suits your fancy. Piety = MP = piece of mind.
This is good advice.
Here's AST + WHM healing testing and results: https://www.reddit.com/r/ffxiv/comments/54f2hu/whm_and_diurnal_ast_healing_formulas_and_more
In short, ACC until you're capped > PIE if you need extra (you probably shouldn't) > CRIT > > > > > > SpS > Det.

Main and off-healer are old image from ARR
From now on we have a duet healer playing together and both are dpsing both are healing accordingly
you will have the preventive healer with shield and reactive with regen that's all
but BOTH should DPS
the only BIG downfall of noct sect is that you lose the 5% spellcast boost of diurnal which is a massive DPS increase
Piety on AST ?
Since when AST has mana issue ? except if you die you're mana is almost never empty XD
AST 101
3.0 - Cursed Creation
3.07 - Holy Revelation
3.4 - Ultimate Consecration
Really depends on which sect you like/are running the most as. ACC is only needed for off healing raids, which soon we wont even have to meld acc (thank the lord!!).
Det and Crit should be the main ones your after.

No, any healer can benefit from ACC, and also DPS. The whole main/off-healer thought is in a lot of ways, obsolete. It's really about using the best skills for the situation. Like why have an AST use double helios for some things like A11S photon when a SCH can use Indom. SCH using Whispering Dawn to supplement AoE healing, in-turn saving the other healer MP to do more DPS.
There is just so much better throughput when both work together, and in-turn freeing up both healers to DPS at-times. AST/WHM DoTs do a lot of damage.
Way more benefit to ACC than any other substat.
