    Super long load times since maintenence

    Ever since yesterday's emergence maint on 11/02/16 it takes 5-10 minutes for my loading screen to go away when I teleport, and I have 15 minute loading screens attempting to log into NA servers. Why would this happen only after maint and not before it? I'm absolutely lost on this and presently am unable to get into the game at all.
