Low Level Accessories Useless?

You don't spawn with accessories that give bonus, you only spawn with 4 basic items: Body, Hands, Legs Feet, and none of them has bonus, only basic armor stats. (Unless they changed that but it's been a long time since I've started, so if it is the case then ii'm obviously not aware of it ).

So I assume you must have gotten bonus item from special edition such as Collector or others, which are special cases, and these item can be good and better for a little while than the earlier regular items.

EDIT: Ah Enkidoh replied at the same time and explained it, so it's new feature to help beginners. So nevermind what I just said.
