Constant Error Code

Hi, I've recently purchased the game after just a few days playing the free trial, and I've run into a very frustrating issue.

After attempting to upgrade to new expansion and download the patch I keep getting an error message: 30413 25008 20495

After the message pops up, it kicks me out of the launcher and starts the download all over again. I have seen forum posts about this before, but I'm not the most computer literate person. I tried to use a VPN, I've reinstalled NUMEROUS times, and I am frankly at the end of my rope and out of patience.

I feel as if this issue should have been/needs to be addressed by the Tech support team if so many different players are experiencing this problem. I haven't even had the chance to play this game with a proper subscription because it won't let me, and it's a major turn off.

What else can I do?

Managed to download the base game after using the CyberGhost VPN, nervous about trying the expansion though.
