    NA account holder that plays on a EU server...can I get a link SE?

    So I am a NA account holder but I reside in a country where playing on EU servers is best for me. I just noticed I didn't get a link and would like to get early access to get my tickets settled, so SE can you do something to assist?

    I talked to the NA Service Center and they are telling me that I can't even register for tickets period under my NA account. I need to confirm this with the EU Service Center, but if this is the case why would that division be placed on accounts
