Missing EU Fanfest ticket pre-sale e-mails

The EU Fanfest ticket pre-sale e-mails were sent out yesterday (Monday) afternoon while the tickets sales begin tomorrow (Wednesday) morning. Those who are eligible for these e-mails but haven't received them have contacted the SE customer support but have not yet heard anything back from them.

Does this mean these people will not be able to buy the tickets in time (at least the Las Vegas one was sold out really fast), or is Square Enix planning to make sure everyone who has contacted support will receive their e-mail in time?

If someone hasn't received their code tomorrow morning before the ticket sales begin, what should they do? Do they send out codes right away for those who contact phone or chat support?

Did you unsubscribe the SE newsletters?

Yeah the person (not me) had been unsubscribed from the newsletters, contacted SE support yesterday morning, didn't get an e-mail yesterday so called again this morning and still no code. They should have reserved more time between pre-sale letters and ticket sales going live (although there are still tickets left now at least). We did manage to get tickets for our whole group though, but it was a lot of unnecessary hassle and stress.

And they gave only 6 minutes time to write down everyone's info and pay for them too.
