TFW WoW players are less entitled than FFXIV players. They have exclusive stuff all the time, but I guess thus far a lot of FFXIV players have only experienced this game and how it kinda hands everything over to people so they're not used to not having things lol. Not having one or two mounts/minions will not end the game, nor will it make your mount/minion collection any less impressive (even if a lot of it was just from.. throwing money at the screen and not from in game accomplishments LOL)

SE it makes me feel bad I can't have a legacy tattoo on my character because I didn't play back then. It is unfair that other people are considered more loyal to the game than me. Please make the legacy tattoo be a reward for being logged into the game for a certain amount of time. That way I can feel better about myself in the same way as people who actually played the game back then.

Seriously, if you want it that bad, fight for it.
If you hate/are disinterested in PvP, then don't give it a second thought and carry on with your collection.
If you can treat PvP like it's secondhand or doesn’t exist, then that minion/mount is also secondhand or doesn't exist.

Even if you win 60%+ of your matches, as of today you need at minimum 60 matches to have enough points, and people usually have 80-100 matches. You like have to play 20 matches a day, which is like 2-3h of pure PvP NOT including the queues, which doubles the time (I'm getting 12m queues, 6-8m matches). And that's just in Solo, if you want to do the Party one too you'd first have to find a team that is willing to wait the queue times, which sacrifices time you have for Solo.

You can't fight for this one. It's not like "Win 2000 matches" which is crazy but still possible.

You and I both know that for the next 2 months someone going for top 10 Solo would have to que non-stop everyday. You'll have less matches towards the end, but you still have to stay in queue.

That is actually so false. People have actually complained that too many people STOP playing when they get into the top 100 because it's safe to do so.

Don't comment on what you obviously don't know, especially since you probably have never tried.

Hi, member of the Aether PvP community here. I'd like to ask what makes you say that? Is the Chaos data center toxic? Because Aether isn't. We've got some bad apples, as I've mentioned before, but many of us simply play and enjoy what little we have in our little community. If Chaos is so toxic, then please specify that, and refrain from making misleading, blanket statements that further discourage and mislead others who just might possibly be interested in PvP. Thank you.

As much as you think you're right, it's ironic how the top post from the PVP forum is a person from Balmung stating 'PVP Behaviour is embarassing'.
