    There was 30 minutes abilities for THM and CNJ in the beta
    But because of complains they were reduced to 10 minutes.

    Because the 2 skills refilled most of your mp and to this time there was no mp recovery while standing still ^^
    You had the choice to use the skill or run back to the next aetherit to refill your mp
