I purchased the Eastern lady's Loincloth and it does not display. Standing around in my panties is not becoming.

The rest of the set is fine. As is every other thing that I have bought from MogStation.

Yeah, it does seem pretty problematic that a near $20 premium glamour contains a piece that's invalidated by nigh-literally everything (That I've tried pairing it with anyway), including the rest of its set!

I find most tops that have pieces past the hips cause the "panty" effect. The tafetta top as well as bikini tops and other tops that stop above the belly button seem to work with these bottoms. This limits the mix and match options greatly however I can understand the hide effect due to the 2 layer mesh of the bottoms themselves.

That's not the issue here, or if it is, the design is inherently flawed and should never have been put out. It doesn't work with its own set piece. Or, anything else at all. Ok, it does work with the Black Summer Halter. So, your comment about overlap probably is sorta right right, but no other top works with it, not even the Vampire's Vest, which doesn't /really/ overlap

I liked the idea for the glamour with my monk, in the set, I don't really care, its basically invisible. I am arguing that the inability to work in its own set makes it inherently a bad piece of clothing TO SELL for real money.

Yeah, it's the same on miqo'te.

I think the problem is that the actual loincloth piece disappears if you use it with the slightest overlap. A lot of the things that would look pretty good with it overlaps slightly which turns it into a generic bikini bottom. Which is fine with me, I'm not a big fan of the loincloth look but a lot of people are. I tried pairing it with the new Halloween top just to get a feel for what it would look like with a full top, and like someone said earlier, it disappeared, and that item really isn't all that overlappy at all. Almost like the loincloth was designed to be used as part of a battle bikini.
