Too early to look for a static?

I'm a level 60 white mage. All my stuff is item level 230 except for 250 shoes and a 260 ring. I'm currently trying to do Soul of the Creator normal. I'm getting really sick of dealing with PUGs in raids. Is it too early for me to start looking for a static? If so, when should I start? Any advice is appreciated.

There is no universal answer.
What a static requires of you is different for every single static out there.

You should be aware though that normally, you have a static for raiding, not normal mode content.
If you are sick of PUGs in normal Alex, go with friends or your FC

As I said in the OP, I was on the last normal mode raid at the time and was on the cusp of unlocking savage. I thought it was clear I wanted to start doing savage. Although even in normal mode PUGs are painful.
