REQUEST: Warriors of Darkness titles?

I don't believe it to spoiler-ish to say that the WoD when we fight them have some nice titles based it seems on FFT and Tactics Ogre. Each one is an old job title from one of those games. Followed by "of Darkness", so the PLD is the Knight of Darkness, the Bard is the Ranger of Darkness and so on.


So what I propose is the titles (minus the "of Darkness" part of course, as achievement rewards, maybe for reaching the new level cap?

PLD - Knight
WAR - Fighter
DRK - Slayer
WHM - Devout
BLM - Magus
AST - Oracle
SMN - Envoker
SCH - Learner
MNK - Brawler
DRK - Soldier
Ninja - Assassin
BRD - Ranger
MCH - Gunner

Strickly speaking the titles those characters have were the actual names of the Jobs they held from where they came from. Paladins, White Mages and Black Mages didn't exist there but there were disciplines that were similar and hence those names.

That said, a title is just a title so I don't know how much difference it makes. Strickly speaking though, referencing those characters, our characters aren't actually those things regardless of having mastered a very similar martial discipline.

Oh I was just mentioning the lore perspective behind it. As I said, in the end a title is a title so its not a big thing.

I think Yoshi P said at the Fanfest he is a huge Tactics Ogre fan too. Possibly the reason we got the references.
