Chocobo Stable Bug Unresolved after a Month :)

Area and Coordinates: Lavender Beds Ward 3 Plot 35
Steps:
1)Went to remove chocobo stable from land
2)Chocobo from someone NO LONGER in fc still there
3)Greeted with an error message stating cannot remove as there is a chocobo still stabled.
4)Cannot relinguish land as there is still a chocobo stable which i cant get rid of still present.

Ooooo I think I know how to resolve this, was the person who isn't a fc member left because he just not on anymore( like you dismissed him). Because if it's this I think intill he reclaims his bird from a certain npc the bird will still be registered as in the fc

After dismissal the bird is automatically moved to the npc in the housing area. Already confirmed it when i was dismissing other ppl who werent on anymore. Choco is moved out of stable to npc after dismissal
