Do you remember people from Duty Finder?

As the title asks, just how many or how often do you remember people from your Duty Finder experiences? Are there more "bad" people that you remember or "good"? I ask as part of an exercise in confidence-building for myself (or confidence-destroying, depending on responses) because there are times where I go into Duty Finder, screw up horribly, then find myself avoiding it for the next day or so.

To further extend this line of questioning, say you go into Duty Finder for an extreme primal (2.x and 3.x included) or Coil. If this is something you never do, just humor me for a moment. What do you expect of the tanks? Healers? DPS? Are there any roles that you hold up to higher expectations than others? Do you expect a certain role to mess up more? If, after the vote abandon or clear, you run into any of these people in other content would you remember them and would that affect how you treat them?

About expectations, the only expectation I have is for my co-healer to help me raise people if they start dying.

I don't typically remember people just for poor performance. Everyone (including me) has off days, so if it's bad enough that I take notice, I'll usually just ask if everything's cool, whatever. It's the verbally toxic players I remember and avoid.

As a main healer i tend to always remember tanks, especially if they are bad.. and in raid content i really hate being paried with another AST when i am AST, a lot of them don't pay attention and will just ovewrite your cards, and that irks me to no end. "Oh, you just gave an extended arrow to the BLM? well ahahahahaha take a spread spear instead"

I tend to not really remember much else, but i'll reconize a name if i see it again.

The one that sticks in my head the most is back when sycrus tower was new and some... Unique.. person had an incredibly annoying macro the kind that took up 2 lines of text space, everytime he cast a CURE spell, you know that spell you use all the time? yea, a YELL macro for it each time. i don't remember his name, but i remember the anger i felt.

I remember that war.... the one who popped vengeance, foresite and berzerk as soon as he zoned in and then stood at gate until they were about to wear off, then pulled just as he went pacified. He had int v's melded to half his gear, hard to forget.

I remember peoples attitudes much more than I remember their performance.

If you don't say anything all run, I'll probably forget you after 5 minutes.

I tank and 99% of the time my healer is my wife, so I don't really have as many people to remember, but I do tend to remember people I enjoyed playing with more than the bad ones in DF.

I learned that having expectation will bring nothing, but sorrow. Yes, Im talking about you the Blm that used T3>F3>B3 as their main rotation and still spam B2 in lv60 dungeons.

I generally only remember the people in good runs, I do remember the bad runs moreso than the good ones but in a broad sense. I don't remember the players specifically, just how sucky it was and I just wanna get out of there and get on with my day. Yes. That means I'll probably run into them again and not remember their names, thus repeating the cycle. But I always give bad players a break, some days are just bad or maybe they're still learning. I don't always assume people are gonna be at their 100%.

Buuut, like I said the only people I ever remember running with are the people who were great at their roles (or just being great people.) It's like winning the lottery, it's exciting to run with them again.

So lucky you! If you were so horrible that the run was just plain awful, I'll probably forgotten you! The experience was so traumatizing my brain had already wiped it from my memory banks, thus giving you a second chance! And a third chance! And a fourth chance!

Seriously though, If I do remember you from a previous bad run I won't hold it against you. People mess up, that's life; nobody's perfect.
