1. I was in the process of unlocking all aether currents
2. Noticed I had 1 quest marked incomplete on the aether current tab for dravnavian forelands
3. Checked my quest log and all 4 side quests (some bad news, stolen munitions, the hunter becomes the kweh, and a lessson in humility) + the MSQ have already been completed. Highlighted quest is a lesson in humility

Odds are it isn't a bug. Can you give us a screenshot of your /aethercurrents UI please.

That's the one from the Gnath sidequests. You have completed "Stolen Munitions" and I assume "The Nonmind" (MSQ) from the Gnath beast tribe camp, these are the ones which unlock the aethercurrent quest "Natural Repellent". Talk to the Gnath Storyteller to get it.
