NPC OF MENTOR DOESNT ACCEPT APPLY

I'm not sure if this is happening just with me but I'm tired of waiting for SE to solve it, so here I came to post something and hope to get it fix.

The NPC "The Smith", NPC responsible for accepting applies for Mentor, doesn't accept my mentor registration, even thou I was already mentor before. More than a month I've lost my mentor status but the NPC still doesn't accept me as mentor. Not sure what to do. This is holding me from doing things in the game related to my accomplishments.

I would like a feedback from the GM's about it asap.

Mentor is an online status. You can toggle it in your search info.

Open your party list and right click on yourself and select search info. You will see a drop down menu and mentor should be one of the options.

Hi Zetsumei, I was already mentor before, but I decided to dismiss from mentor so I did the proceeds toward the NPC "The Smith" that inform me that after that proceed I would have a punishment of 30 days until I could become mentor again. More than 30 days passed by and I still can't be a mentor. He just Don't accept my apply, saying "Unable to accept mentor certification at this time", and been like this so far. Already report in game bug to SE but so far nothing have changed.
Just to inform I have the requirements as the NPC answer me as "...Aye, well you certainly have the requisite experience. We would be overjoyed to have you represent the guild as one of our mentors!".
I did main scenario all quests, side quests, primals, dungeons, pve or pvp content.
I'm just hopeless at moment
