When it comes to the mechanics, Sophia Ex has pretty much all the tricky ones... Huge tank busters, risk of falling off the edge (along with mechanics that can push you off), coordinating with teammates (colored circles)...

However, what makes the fight easy is just how forgiving it is. Even if you fall off the edge, you can be raised. A few people derping won't typically wipe you as the enrage timer is pretty lenient. Even if a tank dies to a tank buster, it's usually not the end of world. I've had tanks fail several tank swaps and we would still clear. I've had people derping the whole fight and we would still clear.
