There's a 260 weapon???? What am I doing struggling against this then? How do I go get that instead?

if you read all the posts before, you'd see that ppl already said so
it takes 7 weeks to get the 260wep. you get weekly loot from A12. and use those gears to buy a micro-tome. or you can get micro-tome from A10S (which is far worse than sophia)
From Sophia, you can get 255 weps for all jobs, in a week or less.
260wep is more for ppl who don't want to or can't clear EX/savage content.

Also if you're looking for sympathy on forum, you're in veeeeery wrong place haha. ppl here are like piranhas who will devour you whole, if you're "bleeding"
if you want sympathy, ask FC/LS/Friends this place will only make you feel worse.

In A11S there is a drop that upgrades your shire weapon to 270

Starting November 1st, the next stage of the relic is coming out - likely to be ilvl 270.

you can get upgrade material for wep, in A10S.
and i doubt that relic will be 270, this early. it would make shire weps outdated before 99% of ppl could even get it.
but i'll hold on to my tomes until patch notes, just in case -.- if relic is 270, i won't bother buying shire wep.
