Well um.. With PF or RF it can be tough. Because people can make things harder than normal.. I'd say you are very unlucky because most of everyone cleared Sophia already. Sophia is said to be one of the easiest EX Primals. So it was cleared by maaamy people early into its release.

I would say take a short break but that wastes time..

Maybe form a farm party and just be honest about your status of the fight? Like if you've seen 2% enrage, I'd accept you to my farm party..

Anyways, I like Sophia. It's a fun fight. And with it being in RF it's so much more accessible.
