as source that i got is that

You level up Gladiator to 30. and maybe level up another job say Marauder to 15 to gain access to Paladin Quest, then once you've gone through the Paladin Quest, will be reward a Paladin Stone that will set your new role as a Tank. This stone can only be equip by Gladiator.

so far that what has been said by Yoshi in interviews. not sure if there is more
