Hey there, first post, sorry but I got a little angry at SE. Yesterday I discovered after a few days into game playing with a friend that we both are on a JP server, Ifrit, so we decided to change. I have multiple characters (had 5 now 4) and we sent both of our characters to cactuar. His went alright, but when I got in the game after receiving the e-mail confirmation I saw a character it wasn't supposed to be there. I wanted to let SE know that I need to do another transfer, as it wouldn't let me until 3 days have passed, my mistake, I pay for it. I sent them a ticket (Ticket Number: 6505918) explaining this, how I moved the wrong character, that the I deleted, and asked for another possibility to transfer my character, as I just got a few days off and was able to play, I work a lot and barely have the time to play. I sent the ticket yesterday 2am GMT-3, got a mail where they told me that they would be answering within the next two days like 9 hours ago, and then I got this answer:

We understand that you are experiencing difficulties when trying to create your character to a certain world. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, as we understand that being able to play on your desired world is important for a positive gaming experience.
We have found that failed character creation attempts frequently occur when a player attempts to create on a world that is locked and unavailable due to population restrictions.
Character creation will open or close depending on the world population, so you may need to attempt your character creation at a later time should these restrictions prevent you from creating your character.
You can review which worlds are currently restricting character creation and transfers by visiting the Regarding Character Creation Restrictions article in the Special Notices section of the FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Launcher prior to logging into the game. That was literally not even an answer to my problem. Do they even read our inquiries? If I could just have gotten an answer it would have been fine, but they didn't even read what I wrote.
I'm sorry but I'm pretty pissed about this, is there a way to chat with technical support? Or another way to contact them, I can't call them since I'm not from the states.
