It's not zone loading times (those are about 1-2 seconds) it's the outdoor furnishings in people's yards that can sometimes take a bit to load. Minor complaint, I know. Everything else in other zones loads fine. Sporting a 4770k, dual gtx 670's, and an SSD on 150mbps connection.

I swear it got a little worse with the additional wards but it's probably just me.
