The scions have a purple one in the Waking Sands, so I know it's possible! After all the trouble you go through to make this rug, having just "dark red" as the choice is really limiting to our decor!

Even if they put it in, it's probably going to be something silly like token drop from 7th gate in aqua and you need like 10 tokens to make a single dyeable large woven rug. Yes, I'm still salty about how ridiculous it is to get the new trees and rug.

FULLY agree with you, I have bought a few trees so far ughh... it was a crazy way to implement some long awaited variation to the furniture and trees. Not an impressive way tbh.
I feel the fun factor being drained easier all the time sadly.

I say grant the op suggestion and convert ALL the rugs we have now so we can dye them! Too many creative limitations in housing.
