Not sure if I said it in this thread or another, but SE did something to fix the problem and now the problem is back and they're blaming the ISPs. This is typical when they can't figure out the problem and when you call the ISP, they will blame settings on SE and won't look into it. You will have to beg the ISPs to check their equipment or threaten to talk to a supervisor just to get them to scan their equipment. I've had to do this before to get another game fixed and it's not an easy task.
