Yep, that's how it read to me too.I don't understand how SE wants us to call our ISP's and tell them "Hey there is route issue almost close to the SE server" ISP's aren't going to open a ticket because they don't control at all last mile routes.........So reading last update from them if I understand correctly is like they aren't doing anything to solve this and it is our responsibility to call our ISP's and work with this?
