Got Comcast in Florida. Have not been able to connect all day, getting the 2002 error. I got character select screen once, but it was just empty. Then I got the error again.

I can consistently select my character, but get a 90002 on login. Occasionally after trying to log in and getting error'd out, I lose connection to the datacenter and the client exits.

Its been 14 hours now whats going on Square...apparently my character is still logged in according to my friend who's able to log from, so tell me how my characters still online for 14 hours while I've d/c for 14 hours wtf.....this is starting to get frustrating.

Hello. Same issue. Unable to log in. At&t is my service provider. I had a support chat with them about an hour ago, and the rep said that At&t is unaware of any issue. I asked if I was the first to report such, and she replied that I was. I asked if she could querie At&t's in-house support desk for any Square Enix issues. She did so, and said nothing returned. She did create a ticket and said I would be contacted if anything further became known. I was able to log in and create a character on Aether, but was never instanced in the game. I would be booted and receive the various error codes. I di manage to actually log in to Primal this morning about 2am CST, but was dutifully booted and error coded once more. So, basically, I haven't a clue about a service I pay for. I'm disappointed in SE's insanely vague response. Toodles.

i have been able to play on balmung for some time now and it seemed fine. but tried to relog once and got problems again. so. certainly somehwere is a problem and as i believe stated somewhere before it isnt broken but just seriously misbehaving. almost like someone takes up the entire bandwith somewhere.

yah same here, my char is still on while i arent on the game! lol still struggle to get on but wont let me , kept getting 10105 and 2002 error ugh

My provider is Time Warner. I have been getting the 2002 errors for 12 hours now.
