I was in a party participating in fates in Northern Thanalan. One fate had just ended, and another was about to begin when the screen froze and after a few minutes, I had lost connection to the server (10105). I attempted to log back in, game stated my character was still logging out. I waited a moment, tried to log back in, and was given the message lost connection to server (10105). I closed the game, restarted it, same thing. I then reset my PS4, still no success. I then shut down my PS4, power cycled my network, and still no success. I have another character on the same server, that I attempted to log in with, and I was able to login just fine. I've attempted to contact support by email, and have received no reply. Chat seems a bit inaccessible, being they are only open during the hours I'm at work, and the wait queue is too long to resolve my issue during my lunch hour. I need some assistance with this, as I would like to play, being that I'm paying to be able to play.
