Connection Issues - Primal DC - SE Response???

Hi,

I have a main and alt on the same account, and both located in Exodus. I can login on my alt, but not on my main. That makes absolutely zero sense.

I can see this is an issue affecting many people for roughly the last five to six hours. Where is the response from SquareEnix? At least a confirmation that you're aware of the issue, and working to resolve it? I like to just login around this time and flip my retainers before I go to work, but for some folks, this is prime play time they're losing out on. Basic customer service is at least letting your customers know that you're aware of their problem and working on it...

This has been going on since around 11. It's almost 8 now.

They're all probably sleeping and have no idea their servers died.

Same exact issue one Gilgamesh, I can't log into my main, but my alt that is standing in the exact place my main logged out can log it, makes no sense at all. I'm getting 10105 and 90002 When trying to load into the world with my main

Really odd that it is letting alts on but not mains. This is happening to me, but I've been on all night. My husband just came home from work and cannot log onto his main either only an alt. Really strange. I thought perhaps certain zones may have crashed/leaked, but seeing as the alt/main thing is affecting everyone I'm not sure that's the case.

It's most likely a coincidence seeing as mains are more likely to have been logged on prior to or during the time the issue's started occurring. I don't think the game can differentiate between a main and an alt.

In any event, I hope SE catches light of what's going on-- I've never seen them be silent about such a major server issue for this long :|

Certainly possible, but oddly I've been on my alt most of the night and had no issues until I logged off of it and tried to switch to my main. I managed to get back on about an hour ago, on that same alt, with no issue. Then again tried to switch characters and got the lobby error again.
