    I am unable to log in with my main character

    I was in a party participating in fates in Northern Thanalan. One fate had just ended, and another was about to begin when the screen froze and after a few minutes, I had lost connection to the server (10105). I attempted to log back in, game stated my character was still logging out. I waited a moment, tried to log back in, and was given the message lost connection to server (10105). I closed the game, restarted it, same thing. I then reset my PS4, still no success. I then shut down my PS4, power cycled my network, and still no success. I have another character on the same server, that I attempted to log in with, and I was able to login just fine. I've attempted to contact support by email, and have received no reply. Chat seems a bit inaccessible, being they are only open during the hours I'm at work, and the wait queue is too long to resolve my issue during my lunch hour. I need some assistance with this, as I would like to play, being that I'm paying to be able to play.

    Currently, players utilizing certain Internet Service Providers (ISPs) are experiencing technical difficulties with all North American data center Worlds causing them to be unable to log in or become disconnected from the game.

    So after doing some digging this is what I found on the current situation. http://downdetector.com/status/level3. If you go down to the comments a guy who I'm guessing in an employee for a Level 3 data center is commenting the following about the outage.

    Just got an email update: 10/27/2016 17:55:40 GMT - Field Services have arrived on site and have shot the fiber. A fault condition has been located 4.1 miles from the testing site. The Outside Plant team has been engaged to assist with the investigations.

    10/27/2016 17:33:37 GMT - The ATS team has isolated a possible fiber cut or faulty amplifier in the Level 3 network. Level 3 Field Services are en route to investigate further. The estimated time of arrival is 17:45 GMT.

    10/27/2016 16:54:04 GMT - A suspected fiber cut in Houston, TX is impacting IP and Unprotected Transport services. The Transport NOC has engaged Level 3 Field Services and the Level 3 Advanced Technical Support (ATS) team to assist with the investigations. Please be advised that updates for this event will be relayed at a minimum of hourly unless otherwise noted. The information conveyed hereafter is associated to live troubleshooting effort and as the discovery process evolves through to service resolution, ticket closure, or post incident review, details may evolve.
