I TALK TO SOMEONE ON CHAT AND THIS IS WHAT THEY TOLD ME "The error you are experiencing is a known issue caused due to Technical Difficulties with all North American Data centers, the issue itself is certain internet service providers are not able to pass through the loading screen after the character selection screen. We do apologize for that inconvenience. You may check for updates on the Lodestone, as we are keeping everyone informed of this issue. We have to apologize as well as there is no ETA on how long it will take to fix this matter."

Sad thing is, we're not gonna get any sort of compensation for this.
I was able to connect VIA mobile hotpsot up until 2 hours ago, so now its just getting annoying.

i know i been wanting to play all day but i cant now they need to hurry up n fix this
Are you letting WTFast pick the network route or are you picking it yourself? I was only able to log into my alt after I picked a route. Logged out and tried to log into my main but I keep getting the 2002 errors trying to reconnect to the data server in game.
im wondering how many of us are using cox cable internet. I received an email from they saying they are now charging for internet by how much we use. maybe this is the problem
