I'd like them to ya know say hey sorry we know there's a problem, we're working to resolve it

They cannot work to resolve it, it is not their problem.

As per the information they posted already:

Players utilizing certain ISPs are unable to log in or become disconnected from the game.

That's not on them to fix...that's the ISPs.

There's also nothing more they can do to update it's on your ISPs to route around Level 3 or L3 to fix it.
