    I am starting to wonder if this is at SE's side. If its indeed this level3 routing... ive tried to find outage maps or sites detecting problems. And they display pretty major problems. Might have to do with the NA datacenter being very hard to reach.

    That's what it's looking like at the moment. Likely why they haven't posted anything on it yet.
