Can't be ISP as i'm able to play. and my wife is not. we sit in same room and use same internet

I keep getting a 90002 error too. On primal data center though, excalibur. I'm currently on skype with friends who are logged in and they don't seem to be having an issue.

I made it into the game and loaded in with the disconnecting symbol above my head
