The only time SE gives free play time for interrupted service is when they make a mistake that results in several days of interrupted playtime for a large amount of the population of the game, such as during the 2.0 launch when the servers were very unstable for over a week. It's not like SE can reasonably do anything about a routing service ISPs utilize being DDoS'd. You'd honestly think in this day and age that there would be countermeasures in place to prevent the most basic of internet attacks from causing so much damage.

Not going to happen, as it's been a day and only a part of the community is affected, i have not been able to log in all day, due to my main being in NA data center, Not going to start crying for a refund, You may need to relax.
