Not sure if this is the right place to put this suggestion, but I was discussing with a friend who has a static working on Alex Savage on the current state of raids.

Over the course of the discussion, we were talking about the state of raids currently, and we understand that we don't want people who don't have the time/skill to clear content that is too difficult to be excluded from something like story. But at the same time, it is quite honestly a bore for a raider to have to grind Alex Normal after investing so much time into clearing turns on Savage.

So we were discussing the ways this could be improved, and I think we came up with a pretty good one!

Basically, savage raids should drop the parts that drop in normal as well, so that raiders can gear up their main classes or alts without double grinding.

To improve the system a bit (since they ARE clearing hard stuff), we're suggesting that tokens drop from each turn, which can be traded in for parts. Tokens can still be locked to turns eg. Token A drops from AS9 and AS10 and can be traded for chain/bolt etc, Token B from AS11 for Lens/Pedal, and so on.

This way, if a raiding group is good enough to clear a turn on savage, they can skip the weekly grind on normal, just for that turn. And for turns they can't clear yet, well they'll just grind those as per normal. Pun intended.

With this implementation, Raiders can get their gear without an overly cumbersome grind, and casuals get to enjoy the story and slowly gear up as per the status quo.

If you like this idea, please give this thread lots of attention so it reaches the dev team!
