No, I get offended when they say English speakers, but mean the good ol' US of A. And then tag the EU onto it. And Canada, French speaking/English speaking and all. And other such countries where people CAN speak English, not just their native language.

We are all English speakers when it comes to this game. It is pointless to address EU and US separately. Only when it comes to schedules they should provide the dates in two different timezones.
