This time they specifically mentioned EU, which caused confusion. Usually it's kind of, you know, given that they mean both EU and US.

No, I get offended when they say English speakers, but mean the good ol' US of A. And then tag the EU onto it. And Canada, French speaking/English speaking and all. And other such countries where people CAN speak English, not just their native language.
