True, but emphasis was meant to be on "find." Fellow forumers don't seem to need to reach for complaints when a patch drops.

Ah this situation.
A green sprout shouted in south shroud that big monster blocked his way and I'm kinda fishing nearby so I rushed to the scene.
Ghede T Malice was there so I poped Gyshal Green and murdered that big white cute thing.

I remember when I was some ten levels I was immediately knocked into the ground while running through Thanalan, by a...a cactus, yeah, cactus.

To be fair, if a cactus was capable of punching me in the face, I'd imagine it would floor me, too.

Everyone saying " just get help" are funny. You're not helping in this thread so WHY should anyone believe you'll help in the game. I get the feeling people ingame would just be like " get good" " LOL you died" like you guys are doing here. Jeez. On topic I've never seen a hunt high level right outside or on top of quest before. So if they are popping there they should be moved. Going by the replies here anyway I say move them. Since everyone is attacking the person rather then offering help in game. :/

Whenever i can offer help ingame, i do. I help new players defeat or avoid A ranks. Me doing that i have met plenty of wonderful people, some i even call friends.

Hunts are just one way of socializing in this game. Asking for help isnt impossible. If you dont like other people, then why are you playing an mmo?

I try to help the game by offering my opinion. So do many others. Saying "just get help" is a legit statement. Its an mmo, there are people around.

Idk about that. On my server at least if someone shouts an A or S rank at least a dozen people up within minutes. But, that does require the sprout in question to say something. I don't think high level players are proactively patrolling zones to keep sprouts safe, and I don't think it's reasonable to expect us to.

God, how the heck has this reached 10 pages? There's literally no danger anywhere in this game's open world ever, aside from these hunt mobs (our only NM's really), and beastmen slowing you. It's okay to die once or twice, not everything is all fun and roses in a virtual world.

The "pop" areas are the same as they were when hunts were introduced. Also, as far as helping, I'll just pop over to Japan & change the coding for you. How the hell do you think forum members could help change where the hunts spawn? >_>

Wanna know how you could help OP? Not appear to be toxic to their issue. So what it's been there for awhile, I never seen them pop in those areas and apparently neither did they. YOU seeing them there doesn't mean EVERYONE does. Show a little respect instead of attacking them maybe? That'll be a big help. And I'm not saying YOU are attacking OP but a few were. People need to see that you doesn't mean everyone. And when I say attacking I simply mean talking down to them.

But the point of my post was simply saying going off the replies on here why would anyone believe people would help ingame. Since everyone is so keen on attacking anyone with a different opinion then the masses it seems.
