Time to find a new game if that happens.Eorzeans, a thought occurs. We're told that we're hunting these elite marks because they're monsters that have grown too strong and too big, or are causing some kind of problem, yes? But, all we ever see them do is roam around and growl at stuff until something attacks them. What if, instead of a bug that needed fixing, this became an unintended feature? Just hear me out for a second. I saw earlier that a monk had a quest location where an A rank had spawned and it did not like him AT ALL. So he was forced to stop and wait for hunters to take care of it. ACTUAL INCONVENIENCE. What if Elite ranked monsters started attacking towns and villages and such? Or the Ixal beast quest's little hideaway in the south shroud? It goes from a chore of busy work to doing a public service in the game. Just food for thought.
