Can we get a /translate command please?

Rather than asking for a feature poorly made and old, why not go straight for something efficient?

If we are talking about items : either shift+click or drag & drop into the chatlog
If we are talking about a quest : shift+click from the quest journal

Well basically like in any modern MMORPG where linking items, quests, achievements, NPC names, location+name of an area, can be simply done without the need of typing a command.

Save /translate only for things you do not own.

NIce idea. Also how would you suggest we get this implemented for controller/future console users?
