It's not that bad, no, but it's hardly more efficient to facepull and Overpower a single target rather than Tomahawk to establish early aggro and then go into your single target aggro combo.

I was unclear, and I apologize. When I said grab the mob, I do actually use Tomahawk initially, followed by Overpower to prep for the onslaught that's coming in two seconds.
