Gotta agree with Ashelia on this one, SE has done nothing wrong is this regard and you are simply angry because you messed up. It says in the ToS when you bought it that they do not offer refunds and you take that risk when you purchase a digital item (you can't just take it back, it is coded into your character now). The risk didn't work out favorably for you apparently, so it's on you to fix the mistake unfortunately.

I'm also not support, chances are support won't even bother with this because the answer is "Read the ToS"
