Anyway, they said they refused to give me a refund.
But there are plenty of other ways to help.
Mogstation credit? Gil? A mount?
Anything, honestly.
I cannot think of anywhere else that would just say "be more careful" if you purchase the wrong thing.
Especially if it is something I have not used, and is only digital.
It's very poor customer service.
