    DRK would, definitely.

    Be a knight protecting your beloved, and anyone who attempts to hurt them or get them away from you gets bombarded with hellish dark forces.

    PLD would probably be more "overprotective boy/girlfriend", especially since they don't exactly have killing power.

    DRK is pretty obvious with the edgy dark theme, but I can see a fanatical zealot of a PLD working too.
