    Question about update to final fantasy 14 billing (from uk)

    Just added some crysta ready for when ff14 go pay to play but atm my account linked to a card that is not active atm so was just trying change payment method for ff14 account to crysta but it just gave me an error msg and i cannot change details.
    Will there be some update on this soon.
    Was hoping get it done before all billing starts.

    I can't say for sure but I would say that when they start charging everyone and you have to set your account back up is when you will be asked if you want to change your payment options in some why.

    Or could be that they are working on the system and you just can't change anything at the moment. I would try it again in a few hours and see what happens.

    Just solved the problem i had to reactivate then change the payment method .
    Thanks for the reply , hopefully this can help some other if then trying sort billing out and unsure like me .
