What new options would you like for the existing races?

Outside of that, changed default poses, the only reason I could not handle the Aura female is because of that weird, bended, twisted leg that looks like its too long compared to the other and puts them in a strange, off kilter pose that looks incredibly uncomfortable.

I think this is because female Au Ra have terrible posture in general. If you look they stand with their backs incredibly arched, and their hips tilted strongly back. It helps off set the "flat butt" that all races have but I still can't wear anything tight on my character, because it emphasizes how terrible her posture is and makes me want to tell her to stand up straight.

Well I would not say no against adding a third tribe to each race but since they would need to write lore to this I would be okay to just get more options with the existing ones.

Hmm what I want:

- Separate the horns from the faces for Au Ra..its really horrible to see someones horns and thus knowing exactly which face they choose. Really sometimes when I read this forum I take a second look because I thought "wait I did not post that" until I notice that its just someone else Au Ra who has face number 4 and short hair..
- More scales options..really right now the placement of the scales is like some form of art..you can only change them for the face and the rest of the body has the same amount at the same place. I mean there are barely any scales there. So it would be nice if we can say how much we want on our whole body. Some can go with the bare minimum and others can have lots of scales and barely any skin (that would be me)
- For Miqo'te and Au Ra more options for claws instead of fingers. I can buy the glamour item but with that I cant use any other glamour. This would make them at least more beastly. And maybe some fangs in the mouth.
- More tattoo and scar/burn options for the whole body with the possibility to change this ingame. I could finally make a adventurer that looks like she got through some bad things..its so sad that we Auri dont even have a scar option..its not like our skin is that protected against injury..
- Damaged body option: How great would it look if a Au Ra could have half of their horn missing (and with that maybe hearing less) or their tail damaged, the same for the Miqo'te but instead of missing a whole part they could have some sliced ears or parts of their tail missing. Other races also could have sliced ears or other damaged parts of their body. This should also be changeable later to show progress in the story.
-Generally much more sliders: height slider for female Au Ra (or make a third tribe where the women are big and the men small), butt slider for everyone, and much more sliders that will change the body. There should be restrictions so that characters wont look really silly but right now there is not much difference between characters..
-More Hair, be it on the body or face for every race..Roe's kinda look a little off for me without body hair..and men should have way more options for facial hair. (I would say body hair options for females too but I must stay at least a little realistic..SE would never do that..)
- A way to get the walking animation from other races..and also being able to choose the emotes at the beginning. You could simply go with the default emotes but you could also take the time to switch them with others but you have to stick with them throughout the game. This would make this way more fun and would solve the problem that some might not play a race because of that. (I do hate how I look so weak and helpless as a female Au Ra..its nice for the people that want to play like that but I dislike that she reacts so shyly.)
- Way more possibilities to combine make-up or war paint: Why cant I, if I want to, have freckles and at the same time lip stick on my character? Why cant I use dots on my forehead and at the same time whiskers on my face? Its really sad how restricted this is. Also if you have a accessoire in the hair or face than let us change its color..

A lot of these are already written down in this thread by other people but I just wanted to write mine down too.

I feel if the races and genders had more equal customization it would greatly help boost the uniqueness of our player characters.

In the past I collected data from the character creator (I checked females only at the time but males suffer in the same way)

Nipples. Why does nobody have nipples. It's extremely unsettling.

As a person that works in game localization, we have to hide any and all nipples for JPN release or it crosses over to the porn/adult market. Which FFXIV is not.
