A different default pose for male Miqo'te.
It is the bane of my cutscenes.

To choose what kind of "personality" you want to use, changing the style of all emotes and animations.
For example, a Miqo'te with animations of au ra.
(I would like to be a more lively au ra as a hyur highlander!)
Piercings! I want to have as many attached to my characters face as I do. :3 Tatts would be nice to.
From a Miqo'te's perspective;
Ear and tail options would be nice; like, rather than just pet cat or lion they had options for bob cats, tigers, snow leopards and panthers. Ear options to match, ofc.
Hm... I /kind/ of wish they'd also make the face options on either sub-class the same, so choosing moon / sun, etc was more of a lore / RP element than an aesthetic one. Like, I love the pale skin on the moon cats, but they seem to be cursed with the ugly. That, and a little bit of uncanny valley...
I would much rather to see the existing races expanded upon in appearance rather than a new race entirely, though I'm not completely opposed to it. Option-wise, would love to see tattoos, more face options and more personality in the individual animations. I'd also super love some miq ear options, droopy or more fluffy or ones more resembling your housecat's ears, give the kittehs a bit more to set each other apart.
New faces , new hair styles for girls and boys , something for Miqote tail with some clothes (ex: chocobo outfit)

Speaking mostly for my female Keeper of the Moon:
Shared hairstyles: the hime hairstyle that Au Ra females have is my main's original hairstyle when I created her several years ago, so I was sad I couldn't actually put it on her when I picked up FFXIV.
More resting/idle poses: please give female Miqo'te a hand(s) on hip sassy pose...
Options to choose facial markings for Miqo'te: allow us to choose the cheek/forehead markings without picking the face they're stuck with. Also, allow us to choose not to have markings on the forehead, or markings on the cheeks (or a blank face with no markings for Keepers would be nice too). I love my cheek markings but I hate the forehead ones, so being allowed to choose only cheek markings would be nice.
Tattoos: my characters original design has a tattoo on the back of her neck. Would be nice to have some options for tattoos not limited to your cheeks.
Allow us more than one "face paint" option: never made sense to me why I can have eye shadow, but no blush. Or vise versa.
And finally: BUTT SLIDERS.
Addition (thought of another): allow Miqo'te to have full eyebrows. I don't like the short eyebrows. They look strange with hairstyles that don't have some sort of fringe. I feel like my character was plucking, and plucked the entire end of her eyebrows off. ._. So longer eyebrows please. :>

Being able to construct your own tattoo or face paint.

More scars and facial features.

Well the things I want as an Au Ra are:
-muscle slider
-scar options
-more tattoos (including tattoos that aren't limited to the face)

My main thing is I'd like to see facial markings and face structure be separated. This probably goes mostly for miqo'te and au ra than the other races, but it would be nice to have the ability to select the face shape you like best and pair it with your favorite stripes/horn design rather than being forced to choose one or the other.
I actually used to use (and really liked the shape of) the miqo face with the dark nose, but I never was a big fan of the nose coloration and would rather have little stripes across my character's cheeks like what I'm using now instead. Of course, the nose would have been cuter if just the tip was darkened.
