Actually, they do. We only got the Chinese Dress in the JP/NA/EU version of the game because everyone whined so much about it being exclusive.
The devs, as weird as that may sound to some, actually DO listen to the players, at least if it is obviously a big part of the community speaking.

So I hope we do not get these wingsuits because enough people say how tacky and bad they look and that we do not want them except for a few people.
