    low fps , can't maintaint 60

    hello everyone,

    My current spec are as follow:
    I7 6700 @ 3.4
    GTX 680 OC ~2017 MB
    16g of ram

    my benchmarks comes out at 6000 but I keep having either stuttering , frame dips (often) or can't maintaint an nice 60 FPS . Would it be the GPU causing some issue?

    Yeah in heavy populated arean the frame drops to 40 but that i expect that. In dead areas like wineport aether. I get some issues there maintening 50+.
