    What to do when World Transfer goes wrong

    Over a month ago i used the World Transfer server to move to another server, during this process i lost several pieces of equipment. Some i used as actual gear on my main and some pieces i brought with me to sell so i could get my gil back. Ive reported the issue and SE started an investigation. Since over a month has passed and i didnt get any update or solution i decided to contact SE again to see if they could provide a solution or at least an update. They replied that they couldnt provide either and they are still working hard atm. The gear i have lost isnt even relevant anymore now we got iLv 250/260 or even 270, and the items i brought to sell are worth a lot less as a month ago. Since im paying a monthly subscription and on top of that, a Transfer fee, i find it unacceptable they cant provide a solution after over a month has passed. Does anyone have any experience with this or any suggestions what to do?

    It sucks this happened to you. Over a month is not acceptable in my humble opinion. I guess they made a mistake because they had too much to do but they should at the very least offered you an apology. Luckily I've never had to deal with anything like this since I've been on the same server all along. I have no idea what you can do, I'm sorry to say. Unfortunately I think they, and others, will just say "meh, s**t happens. Get over it".
